1.  Handcrafted Items:
All of our products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in appearance. We strive to make each product as close to its description and images as possible.
2.  Custom Orders:
Custom orders are subject to our Custom Order Policy and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once payment is made and production has begun.
3.  Product Safety:
Our products are made with high-quality ingredients; however, please discontinue use if irritation occurs. Bobby’s Butters is not responsible for allergic reactions. Review all product descriptions and ingredients carefully.

Shipping and Returns

1.  Shipping Policy:
We process orders promptly and ship via reliable carriers. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.
2.  Return Policy:
Returns are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Opened body products or custom orders are not eligible for returns. Refer to our Return Policy for further details.
3.  Damaged Items:
We are happy to replace damaged items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item(s). Note that melted body butter is not considered damaged due to its natural melting point.

Payment and Billing

1.  Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and additional payment methods such as Sezzle, Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna (coming soon).
2.  Gift Card Purchases:
Gift cards can be purchased using any of our available payment methods excluding pay-in-4 services such as Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.
3.  Pricing and Taxes:
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
