Custom Policy
We are excited to offer custom creations to make your experience with Bobby’s Butters even more special. To ensure a smooth process, please review our custom order policy below:
1. Non-Refundable Payment:
All custom orders require full payment upfront. Custom orders are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable.
2. Processing Time:
Custom orders can take 7-14 business days to create, depending on the complexity of the request. Please allow additional time during peak seasons.
3. Design Adjustments:
We work closely with you to finalize your design and/or fragrance preferences before production begins. Once the details are approved, no changes can be made.
4. Returns and Exchanges:
Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
5. Shipping Considerations:
We take great care to package custom orders securely. However, body butter that melts during transit is not considered damaged due to its natural melting point.
6. Communication:
We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you once your custom order has shipped.
